The Riad Shanima & Spa is an « ADULTS ONLY RIAD »

* Children aged 14 to 17 years are accepted in the JUNIOR ARGANIER SUITE when accompanied by an adult couple.
* We inform you that it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to have meals delivered from outside the Riad or to bring them in.
* Any damaged items must be reimbursed.
* The same applies to indelible stains on bed linen or in the bathroom (henna, makeup, shoe polish…) The cost of dry cleaning or replacement will be required.
* Access to the pool and jacuzzi is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m

For our KIND customers :
If you wish to have your Boarding Pass printed, please make the request at least 24 hours before your departure. Copies can only be made during office hours (9 a.m to 6 p.m)

Cancellation policy (excluding privatization):

30 days before arrival -> deposit refunded less €50 fee.
Between 15 days and 7 days before arrival -> 50% of the total reservation amount is due.
Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show -> 100% of the total reservation amount is due

Cancellation policy (privatization):

Less than 30 days before arrival -> 100% of the total reservation amount is due.
Payment of the entire stay 60 days before arrival.

IN CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE, THE TOTAL PAYMENT FOR THE STAY IS DUE.

Rates (including VAT, tourist taxes not included) for two people per room per day, including breakfast, unlimited WiFi access. TOURIST TAXES NOT INCLUDED: Tourist Promotion Tax + Municipal Tax (since January 2008): 30 Dhs/day/person > 8 years *** Exchange rate: 1€ = 11 Dhs *

TRANSFERS : From Marrakech Ménara airport (rates for up to 5 people)

One way: 220 Dhs.
Round trip: 440 Dhs.
